These workouts can be performed on a treadmill (or outside), stationary / assault bike, or rower.

Suggestions
When using the talk-test method to monitor training intensity, the you should be able to easily hold a conversation during the duration of the activity (Zone One 1 / 60-70% MaxHR).
If using Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) to measure intensity, you should feel the exercise intensity as “light to moderate”.
You are starting to sweat, but you can still carry on a conversation effortlessly.
