WHAT IS IT?
1:1 Coaching Intensive is a personal coaching program tailored specifically to you. Work with Tracey to get your personalized plan and reach your desired goals.

WHO IS IT FOR?
1:1 Coaching Intensive is for anybody who wants to be in control of their body and the way it looks for the rest of their life. It works for anybody, regardless of their knowledge or previous experience.

WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?
1:1 Coaching Intensive is hosted online and consists of monthly 1:1 calls (via zoom), regular check-in’s (via email / text), and an online community.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Tracey will ask you a series of questions specifically designed to uncover your vision for your health, your body, your nutrition, etc. and what’s currently stopping you or slowing you down from having that. You'll discuss your goals and and how to achieve them. She will provide you with a Custom Calorie, Macro & Portion Guide. You and Tracey will work together to find and implement strategies that will work for you.

WHEN DOES IT START?
Whether you are participating in 1:1 Personal Fitness Training​ at Moxie Boutique Fitness Studio, 1:1 Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching (via zoom / email), or you are following Moxie Members Online, you are a part of something exceptional: the Moxie Family - a community of members that share a mindset, value, and belief system that encourages them to grow.
Our membership is application-based to ensure our community is moving in the right direction. Learning more about your values, priorities, habits, and goals helps us determine if Moxie Coaching is a good fit for your individual needs.
All of our 1:1 Coaching Programs require a minimum 3-month commitment (but 12 months is strongly recommended) to achieve the best results possilble.
