First, it's important to remember that this is not an elimination diet. This isn’t a program to white knuckle your way through, trying to skip all the foods you love for the next 30 days. We want to see you building consistency in a way that is sustainable and therefore successful for the long haul.
For the next 30 days you will:

Learn the “why” and the “what” of macronutrients. (Because learning “why” will help fuel your “what” and “how” in your long-term success with living a healthier nutritional lifestyle.)

Learn how to balance your plate, including ways to customize.

Practice following the Balanced Plate method.

Spend about 10 minutes EACH DAY to open up the program (https://www.moxiemembers.net/online-programs), read/watch the daily content, perform a simple task (where applicable) and log that you followed along!
Remember: This is a self-guided program — meaning this is your opportunity for daily accountability to both learn about and apply the simplicity of the Balanced Plate method. Is the goal for you to do this every day? Yes. But if you miss a day, you go back in and start from there. This is NOT a Challenge where you are cut off after 30 days or must restart from Day 1 if you miss a day.
